But in reality, you will find only a few that are dedicated. That's the problem! In most cases it has nothing to do with you or Agel. That's the reality of human nature - most people just don't have all the skills, motivation, available time or dedication to hang in there until that snowball starts rolling down the mountain.
How are you going to get your "snowball" rolling down that mountain? Many people in the Network Marketing industry have been told to go to their warm market (family, friends, co-workers, banker or people they went to school with 20 years ago). Many have also been told to go buy a business opportunity leads list and call everyone on the list.
If these methods of building a successful business were so successful, why is the failure rate in Network Marketing so high? Most people have been told to find other entrepreneurial people who want to build a successful home business instead of people who are satisfied buying customers. Think about it, what makes any business successful - CUSTOMERS! This is no different with Network Marketing.
That is why I don't bother my warm market or buy leads to build my business anymore. I now Buy Customers. I no longer deal with the expense or rejection of calling leads. I have found my "snowball" growing faster and faster as I buy more and more customers.

Agel Leads
Starting Your Own Agel Business.
Do you feel stuck in a JOB that you hate? There was a time not so very long ago when many of us felt stuck in a JOB that was not fulfilling or secure. The threat of being downsized was enough for many of us to hunker down with our boring jobs scared to death to strike out on our own.

You will have to call hundreds and maybe thousands of leads to find one that may be remotely interested in your business or products. You will also need very good telemarketing skills and be able to handle the abuse, rejection and no answers that you will receive from over 90% of the people you call. Maybe you enjoy the challenge of calling and closing leads and are very good at it. The vast majority of the people you talk to are not.

Agel Leads - Struggling With Your Agel Business?

Agel Leads
Are you looking for solutions for your Agel Business?
Let's take a look at some information that I think you will find beneficial to you and your Agel business. Information without the hype or distractions.
More than likely you are trying to build your Agel business by purchasing Agel leads or business opportunity leads. This is what your upline told you to do when you signed up. Am I right? With these leads you are trying to convert them into Agel distributors just like you. This is the model you will find in almost all network marketing opportunities.
Then if you do convert a lead, they are expected to DUPLICATE what you are doing. Buying leads is the foundation of this business building model. Unfortunately, buying leads is the biggest obstacle to success for the average marketer. Why? Because most new marketers lack the necessary skills to be a good telemarketer or sales person. Let's face it, Cold-Calling a lead that is a complete stranger is BRUTAL! Most new Agel marketers just can't endure this type of torture.
Let's look at it this way. If for example you purchased 5000 leads for your Agel business, can you imagine the time and expense it would take to get through that list of leads? You see, that's the problem all new marketers face. We consider our time as valuable as money. After calling 100 leads and getting 100 rejections, most new Agel marketers will just give up. Common sense tells us that most new Agel marketers won't take the time, expense and rejection for very long.
For many of those who want a successful home business, they will give up and look for a different opportunity that doesn't require calling leads. They may try to learn the skills required to being a successful marketer, but in the end, they are back to where they started - frustrated without any success with their home business.

Agel has some great products, but they still use the same old methods that 99% of the network marketing industry uses to build a business. For the average new marketer - this method just doesn't work. Wouldn't it be more appealing if you and your business partners could bypass the LEADS dilemma and purchase existing customers? Customers who are already buying product and are taken care of by professional sales and service representatives within the company. Customers are what all businesses need to survive and grow. This is no different in the network marketing industry.
This is my recommendation:
Buy CUSTOMERS Not Leads. You simply purchase these customers on a regular basis from your parent company. You don't have to market to them, you don't have to follow up with them and you don't have to process their orders. These are people who already like the products, who in many cases buy them on a regular basis. In many cases most of these people have little or no interest in having a home business. That's Fine! You still get commissions from their monthly orders. Want more customers? Just buy them!
There is a business model on Google today that has changed the old tired method of buying and calling business opp leads. You become a member of a powerful team of successful marketers that help each other market online. You purchase buying customers that will provide you with a growing source of reliable income while you and your marketing team concentrate on acquiring new business partners on the Internet.
